My minimum work travel needs were met except for the poor WiFi and limited dining selections.

Pleasant staff. The reception was good and efforts to meet my needs upon request were favourable. The location was approx. 5 minutes from my place of work. Rooms were cleaned daily.

There was no workable/consistent WIFI access. The food options were limited. Sometimes the meats were not well done. The rooms need to be more attractive. Inadequate parking option at the property where I stayed. There were flies that bothered me at a particular seating area.

In all the security was of a High standard. Staff very friendly and polite.

Breakfast scheduled times was good. The various choices of fruit excellent. Evening entertainment and bar staff excellent

Bathroom needs revamping bath tub and shower head lime scales, balcony need revamping broken floor tiles safe need upgrading to digital.

It was very enjoyable! Have a plan of trips before you go there.

I liked the younger staff! They were full of life and fun. They were very encouraging to play the available games on the resort. Their entertainment at night time was also very awesome! I also like the cleanliness provided to the rooms. I did not have a problem loosing any valuables and that to me means a lot. We also had access to a safe which made it more secure to leave items behind. I also enjoyed the authentic Jamaican food variety of food provided in hotel. It taster delicious! Curry goat, the jerk chicken, all of it was awesome!

I didn’t like how the lady at the gift shop charged me $30 USD. for a sunblock spray and a 1/ 16oz sprite bottle of soda. She tried to say that it’s expensive due to import and so on. I later found out that the soda should have only costed $1.50 and $3.00 max; the sun screen was $15. So the dishonesty to get money in that particular instance was very discouraging. It made me think twice to go back and do any more business with them. She did not even provide a receipt. Which was my fault as a consumer as well. But still.

The hotel was so nice, my bed was so comfortable pillows was the best the view from my room was just beautiful, stayed at this hotel a few times really enjoy myself me and my partner, food good plenty of chairs on the beach, the place is well maintain.

The value for money was unprecedented. The meal buffets were good, the room was uncluttered and a great size, the cleanliness was exemplary, beach was spotless, and the standard of the staff was great. Shout out to: Kirk (jerk chicken chef) Cyrille (manager who was extra accommodating) Romario (great tea host) Everton (gardener) Henry (great impromptu talk on natural plant knowledge) This list was just some of the great guys over only a 2 day stay! The entertainment was also first class! Aeroplane noise wasn't an issue surprisingly, even given the proximity to the airport!

The food was always good even for a fussy eater like myself. I put this down to the hotel not having to cater to hundreds of people. The entertainment team were great even acknowledging those daily who were not taking part in activities. The pool and beach areas were well furnished and you could not get any closer to the water. The entertainment and evening shows were always varied and including pool and beach foam parties. During the days there the hotel was busy with improvements, painting the public areas, adding new furniture outside the restaurant and installing two new pcs in the lobby for guest use. Despite the small size the hotel never felt busy

Food was very good. Everyday the lunch and dinner buffet had a Jamaican food section which was very good (grilled chicken very good) The beach was very nice (shared beach for the two Decameron Hotels). Beach chairs always available with cabanas. Evening shows were good very entertaining Location is good just a 5 minute drive from the airport and in the hip strip .
